Calendar Widget Setup

Create a Calendar
It is recommended to make a specific calendar to be shared for public use on a webpage.

Share the Calendar
Share the calendar with the account COBPowerAutomate@vt.edu (COB PowerAutomate). The permissions needs to be "Can view all details".
Directions on sharing an Exchange Calendar
*Please note that the calendar has to be manually accepted. Please allow time for this task.
Share the calendar with the Public "Make available to public".

Complete the Calendar Information Form
Register the calendar to be "watched". Our service will watch for changes and update the within a few minutes of making a change to the calendar.

Wait for Confirmation Email
Once the calendar invite has been accepted and the trigger has been setup, you will receive an email stating your calendar is ready to be used.
