Friday | 7:45 am – 5:00 pm
Summer Semesters:
Mon. - Fri. | 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Response Time
Pamplin IT will ensure tickets are responded to within an average of 30 minutes of submission during support hours. Completion of the ticket is dependent on the original issue. On average, most tickets are completed within 8 business hours.
